Thanks very much for the savings that you achieved for our company. Like most businesses, we never really have the time to carry out a detailed analysis of our overhead costs and yet I knew that we were wasting money somewhere.

However, I never realised that we would save £9000 in year 1 on our electricity and telecoms costs and £2500 in years 2 and 3. And this is without changing supplier!! The savings actually could have been higher if we had wanted to change.

The report that you presented to us about your findings made interesting reading and we were impressed with the level of detail you had gone into. All in all, we are delighted with the outcome of your analysis and I'll bet there are a number of companies out there that can use this kind of service.

Hi Steve

Thanks very much for helping us through our first year in business. As, you know, dealing with tax returns, VAT and other financial stuff, can be quite daunting. However, we are now up-to-speed with things and we know we have someone at the end of a telephone line with whom we can trust and help our business.

By the way, computerising our accounts has been a major benefit to us and we can now see how much we are making at the end of every month. Now that you have trained us on the system, we feel really comfortable with it.

We never will be or even want to be accountants (!), but with your help, at least we understand how important it is to take an interest in the financial aspects of our business.
